The Challenge

A fast-growing B2B SaaS company had built a strong product but was struggling to scale its outbound motion. Their 6-person SDR team was spending an average of 3–4 hours per day manually researching prospects — combing through LinkedIn profiles, company websites, funding announcements, and tech stack tools — before writing a single email.

The agent continuously monitors a defined set of buying signals across multiple data sources: LinkedIn job postings (hiring patterns indicate budget and priority), funding announcements, technology stack changes, leadership changes, and company news. When a prospect account triggers a qualifying signal, the agent enriches the contact record, identifies the right decision-makers, and generates a fully personalized, multi-touch outbound sequence — referencing the specific signal that triggered outreach.

Sequences are written in the rep's voice, calibrated to the prospect's industry, seniority level, and the pain point most likely triggered by the detected signal. Each email includes a specific reference point (e.g., "I noticed you just posted three SDR roles — here's how companies in your position are thinking about coverage...") that makes it feel researched rather than automated.

Approved sequences are pushed directly into the team's sales engagement platform. Reps review, approve, and launch — the research and writing is already done.

  5. Performance Feedback Loop — Tracks reply rates by signal type, sequence variant, and persona to continuously improve output
