Gallegos Plumbing
A family-run plumbing company growing fast. Plenty of calls, plenty of spend, and no reliable way to tell which channel was booking the jobs.

The situation
Growing fast, flying half blind.
Gallegos had grown quickly on install work: repipes, water heaters, tankless and filtration. Marketing ran across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, SEO and the Business Profile, each reporting its own numbers.
ServiceTitan held every job and invoice, but the marketing wasn't connected to it. Leadership could see revenue and could see leads, but not the line between them.
What we did
Connect first, then grow.
- 01Month 1
Wire it up
Campaigns and call tracking set up in ServiceTitan, so every call, form and LSA lead carried its source through to the invoice. - 02Months 2–3
Rebuild the channels
Google Ads split by job type with budget weighted to installs. LSA job types and budgets corrected and checked weekly. - 03Months 4–12
Scale what books
Budget moved monthly to the lowest cost per booked job, a review program across every service area, and follow-ups on unsold estimates.
- One owner dashboard: spend, booked jobs and revenue by channel
- Install campaigns separated from service-call campaigns
- LSA leads tagged and tracked to booked revenue
- Automated follow-up on every unsold estimate
The result
“For the first time we can see which dollar booked which job. We stopped arguing about the agency report and started making decisions.”
